Established in 2012 as a research unit within the Department of Geography, SDML main research interests are Computational Modeling and Geospatial Analysis (GIS and Remote Sensing) across multiple Environmental Science themes, including Geomorphology, Hydrology, Natural Disasters and Human–Environment Interactions.
